A word from our founders
Bedrock Learning was created by teachers, for teachers, designed to narrow the word gap and give all learners the language they need to thrive in school and beyond. Here's what our founders have to say:
"14 years ago, we met learning to educate children at Goldsmiths, London. We taught. We learned. We started Bedrock to scale our ambitions to transform outcomes for young people. Through that journey we've realised the ultimate educational challenge in teaching 600,000 children, as well as bringing up our own. Our groundbreaking new Bedrock Learning reading test will soon be available to all schools, providing an easy-to-administer test, that gives teachers valid, accurate, nationally-benchmarked data on their learners’ reading abilities.
